The girls learn skills that enable them to survive in a wilderness setting. This includes fire building, how to build a shelter for protection, and knot tying among other skills.
Bring your prettiest dress for this party! Before dinner, the girls are pampered with nail manicures and a fancy hair do, while the Dining Hall is decorated by the staff. We usually enjoy a turkey dinner with all the fixings and a talent show afterwards!
The girls in the Challenge Program spend a day on the Red Deer River under the trained supervision of whitewater leaders. When you register your daughter on-line you will be prompted to accept the conditions of the Camp Teepee Pole Whitewater Release Form.
